Mornington Peninsula Planning Scheme Amendment C163 Part 1 has been approved by the Minister for Planning Matthew Guy MLC and came into force on Friday 26th April 2013.
The Amendment has introduced a new Vegetation Protection Overlay over the Crib Point Township.
Residents are advised to contact the Mornington Peninsula Shire (5950 1010) Prior to removing any Vegetation as a Planning Permit may be required. Substantial Penalties Apply for Non-Compliance.
Mornington Peninsula Planning Scheme Amendment C163 Part 2 was approved and came into force on 27th March 2014.
